Our issue is not resolved yet as AirPro is awaiting a decision by us, but Chris was a good and thorough tech.

Our AC had been tripping frequently and eventually stopped working, so we contacted Air Repair Pros. They sent Robert out within an hour, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and identified the issue as the compressor. He scheduled the repair for the very next afternoon, and we’re incredibly grateful for the fast response and service especially in this intense Texas summer heat!

We replaced a 31 one year old AC unit. So there was a lot of upgrades that had to be done on the duct connector. Salvador did an excellent job, the workmanship was impressive. A lot of attention to detail. The attic portion of the install was very neat and well placed. Great team.

I called this afternoon they were able to give me a same day appointment a few hours later. Billy did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it.

Joined the Comfort Vlub to ensure my HVAC systems were in great running condition. Cade did a phenomenal job and identified a problem capacitor that needed replaced. Cade went above and beyond to sure my systems were efficiently running to avoid any downtime during the peak Texas summer. Well worth the money spent for thorough detail and high quality service. Strongly recommend these guys. $200-$400 range was cost of labor and capacitor for my system. Well worth it.

Omar was such a kind and professional young man. He took in consideration the temperature of my home and wanted to make sure I was cool and safe. He also expediated things for me as a senior citizen.

I’ve been using Air Repair Pros for several years, and they have always built a reputation with me for standing behind their work and taking care of their customers. On my most recent service call, my initial experience was not what I had come to expect from them. Because I knew that was not representative of the company I had dealt with over the years, I called the office and asked if they could send another technician. That’s when Marcus came out, and he completely restored my confidence in Air Repair Pros. Marcus arrived in the afternoon, got straight to work, went up to check the AC units, diagnosed the thermostat issue, replaced what needed to be replaced, and did not stop until everything was working properly. He was professional, thorough, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care that I was completely satisfied before he left. What impressed me most was his attitude. He made it clear that taking care of the customer and making sure the job was done right is simply what they do. You could tell he takes pride in his work and in the company he represents. Every company can have an off day or an experience that doesn’t go as expected. What matters to me is how they respond. Air Repair Pros stood behind their reputation, and Marcus is a perfect example of why I have continued using them for years. They are very fortunate to have him on their team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Air Repair Pros has officially earned customers for life with us! Our AC went out on a Sunday in the middle of August, which is basically a Texas emergency. 😂 We actually had a membership with another HVAC company, but when we called, they couldn’t get anyone out until the following day. After seeing all the great reviews for Air Repair Pros, we decided to give them a call. We called around 8 AM, someone was at our house by 10 AM, and our AC was back on by 11 AM. That alone would have been enough for a 5 star review, but the level of service we received after that is what really impressed us. Daniel came out initially and was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He cleaned our system, got our air back on, showed us photos of what was going on inside the system, and actually took the time to explain what he was seeing, how everything was running, and what could be optimized. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we didn’t need. When we continued having some intermittent issues, Omar and Beau came out and ultimately diagnosed an improperly wired electrostatic device that had previously been installed in our system. They came out more than once to make sure the issue was completely resolved and that everything was wired and operating properly before calling it done. That kind of follow through means a lot. Johnny, the manager we worked with, was also fantastic. When there was still some uncertainty about why the system was shutting off, he stepped in, helped coordinate everything, and made sure we were taken care of. Chris was always incredibly professional and helpful over the phone, and was great with scheduling and communication throughout the entire process. What stood out to us most is that this company genuinely seems to take pride in their work. We never felt like we were dealing with salespeople looking for the next thing to charge us for. We felt like we were dealing with people who actually cared about figuring out the problem, doing the job correctly, and taking care of their customer. We were so impressed that we ended up signing up for an Air Repair Pros membership. They’ll be back out in October to get our system ready for winter, and we’re genuinely happy to have found a company we trust and look forward to working with in the future. Although hopefully we won’t be seeing TOO much of them because our AC will just keep working from now on. 😂 Seriously though, if you’re looking for an HVAC company that is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and actually cares about its customers, I cannot recommend Air Repair Pros enough. They were an absolute lifesaver for our family!
