Steven S was great! He called to make sure I was home before the appt. He met me with a photo beforehand, so I knew who would arrive. His service was quick. He took videos to show the work he fixed, was respectful to my home by putting on shoe slips. It was really wonderful to have a plumber and an air-conditioning guy from the same service company. We didn’t have to call a different person to get a plumber. They arranged everything and put a time for us that worked with our full-time job schedules. I really appreciate the service and easy arrangements. Great service. I highly recommend.

As a Frisco business owner, I had already contacted a few HVAC companies and was either waiting on callbacks, quotes, or to get on someone’s schedule. Air Repair Pros had someone at my door, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in what felt like record time. What impressed me the most was Brad’s honesty. I had convinced myself the problem was much more serious (and expensive), and I even told him what I thought it was. Instead of agreeing and charging me thousands more, he explained that the issue was much simpler and fixed exactly what was needed. Came on a Sunday evening during 4th of July weekend. Omar was very competent, polite and efficient. Cleared the clogged drainage system that needed some expertise because the clog was very heavy. Five stars for these guys.

Air Repair Pros came out to inspect MY AC on a Sunday, first thing i noticed they were on time, and very professional, and respectful. Second was they took photos to show ya what mish or is wrong with your unit, then they tell ya the cost. My last AC repair company was milken us for everything, will never call them again.

Returning home from a trip, we found our air conditioning was not working. Air Repair Pros returned our call for help on Sunday evening; sent a diagnostic technician Monday morning; and the installation crew (Miguel and Wilbur) arrived by 8:30 Tuesday morning. Their work was efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. In three hours, the work was complete, all debris was cleaned up and in their truck, and our house was starting to cool down. Thank you for the great work.
