UPDATED: I purchased a complete HVAC system from Air Repair Pros for approximately $20K, partly because of the warranty, service, and peace of mind they offered. I also continue to pay a monthly membership fee. Recently, my condensate drain line clogged and the float switch did not work properly. I was quoted $390.40 to clear the drain. However, I want to be fair and update my review. Johnny from the management team contacted me directly and explained that the drain had gone more than two years without clogging and that this had not been a recurring issue. He also said they valued my business and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Although they could not reduce the standard service price, they ultimately waived the charge to meet my expectations as a long-term customer. I was genuinely frustrated with the original situation, but I appreciate that management listened to my concerns and resolved the issue fairly and quite quickly. That follow-up made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Salvador C and Angel did an excellent job installing new AC. Very professional and very clean and answered all our questions. Very polite and respectful. Would recommend them without a doubt. We had an emergency issue with our AC unit and Brandon came out to check out the unit and got our AC working again! We ended up getting a quote for additional services and they made it so easy! We went with them to get a new water heater installed. From start to finish was easy going, no pressure selling and they gave honest feedback on what would be best for our needs and budget. Tristin and Diego came to install our tankless heater and was very respectful of our home ( they wrapped their shoes while in the house ) as well as making sure we were informed if they had to leave for parts etc. Brandon and Kes came back to also replace a new shower system kit for our bathroom and they did a great job and cleaned up once finished. Overall they are a great company to go with and very responsive when we call for issue and questions.

Called at 4pm with a emergency that my AC was not working. In this Texas Heat, I called Air Repair Pros and they had someone over within the hour. Made the repair super simple and not only did he fix the issue but checked the entire system to ensure I would not have issues moving forward. Reasonably priced for the service and the immediate response, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Hunter was my repairman, super knowledgeable with my HVAC system and advised me the best way he could for the best possible outcome. AC back up in running within 30 min. Thank you Air Repair Pros, I was so pleased I joined their membership program which also saved me 20%.
