Update on July 28, 2026: well, I didn’t do the maintenance I was supposed to be doing so I required another visit, this time Drew took the call. Again, very professional. Checked everything g out before making a diagnosis. Pricing again was very fair. Still FIVE stars. Christopher came out within about an hour of my call, took a look, knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem right away. He then proceeded to fix the issue and give me recommendations in regard to maintenance items in the upcoming months. Price was a little better than what I've paid in other, similar instances.

Robert C. did an awesome job. He was very detailed and checked the system and shared all the findings. Request Robert C. if you get the chance!

Sam provided great service and guidance. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire repair process. Overall 5 star service!

Brandon was an absolute lifesaver. Came out within hours on a Sunday to take a look. Unfortunately my AC unit was not salvagable but he quickly got me options on a full new HVAC and Attic unit install scheduled for the next day! He even noticed my second units fan motor was about to give and ordered me another one, which sure enough died on the day of the install, but because he caught it the day before, he was right back the next day to replace and fix it. He went to both attics and did a through inspection, cleaned the worksite and did a great job! Both ACs are working great!

After a very ad response from another company I called Air Repair pros (ARP). I received a same day appointment and Brandon showed up early. Within 20 minutes identified the problem. He then worked with my home repair warranty company. I sat and listed to him ohave a very calm and professional interchange and receive the approval for the repair. It could not have gone smoother. I have owned home air conditioners for 50 years and have not had the pleasant and professional service Brandon provided.

The installation of my replacement AC unit went well. The team was professional and did a good job cleaning up when they were done.

Hunter was promoted and thorough in diagnosing the problem and provided quotes for corrective action. After providing approval to proceed, he completed the work in a timely manner. Hunter kept me informed of status and did provide several additional recommendations. 5 stars to Hunter!!!!

Great service! Our AC went out on a super hot Texas weekend and Robert C. from Air Repair Pros arrives on time and 30 minutes later cool air is flowing again. He carefully examined the system and thoroughly explained the repair (capacitor). It’s never good when problems occur, but I’m happy with the quick response and exceptional customer service.
