Air Repair Pros came out to inspect MY AC on a Sunday, first thing i noticed they were on time, and very professional, and respectful. Second was they took photos to show ya what mish or is wrong with your unit, then they tell ya the cost. My last AC repair company was milken us for everything, will never call them again.

Returning home from a trip, we found our air conditioning was not working. Air Repair Pros returned our call for help on Sunday evening; sent a diagnostic technician Monday morning; and the installation crew (Miguel and Wilbur) arrived by 8:30 Tuesday morning. Their work was efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. In three hours, the work was complete, all debris was cleaned up and in their truck, and our house was starting to cool down. Thank you for the great work.

Danny arrived within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday afternoon, provided repairs, guidance, broke it down for me like I was a kindergartener (pictures were included and necessary) and made the process seamless & as stress free as your entire HVAC going out could be. Then comes my second set of heroes Salvador and Angel - incredibly professional and kind, once again explaining every step of the process and keeping me in the loop. I was able to work from home right underneath where they had to work and it was never an issue. Walked me through everything that they did at the end & helped me set up my new thermostat. Probably left my house cleaner than they found it, honestly. Great team. Lifelong customer acquired.

Highly recommend Air Repair Pros! They came to the rescue after hours on a Saturday evening! Our downstairs AC completely stopped working on a 100 degree day. They were here within 2 hours! Sal V diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes!

My AC went out overnight on a Thursday and woke up to a sweltering apartment. Initially I was only able to find one company who would be willing to come out the same day and they cancelled two appointments with no notice. Went through 5 other companies, with the best offering to 'maybe' have someone available on Monday. Finally contacted Air Repair Pros and they had someone out in 4 hours on Friday, with a new unit install scheduled on Saturday. Miguel and Wilber arrived exactly at 8 AM with a quoted 8 AM - 11 AM window and had the unit installed in 4 hours. They were both incredibly professional, worked quickly, and left the house cleaner than they found. Air Repair Pros has earned a lifelong customer!

After a rough first service call, I received a follow up call to see if there was a way to make things right. I agreed to let them send another tech out to look at the issue. He was able to get us back up and cooling and went above and beyond by waiting out a little weather late on a Sunday. Finding a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously these days is rare and I’m glad there are still a few out there. I will definitely continue service and highly recommend Air Repair Pros to anyone in need. No company is perfect. But a company that is willing to go the extra mile for a customer in need is one I will have no problem recommending in the future.
