Marcus G and Levi were sent out on an emergency call to one of my locations. It was 106 outside and 110 inside our office. It turned out our AC had failed and the parts were back ordered. So I opted to change out the system with a newer one to make our employees more comfortable. These guys went above and beyond to make it happen for us with 48 hrs. In my role, I have dealt with a lot of companies. Air repair pros has always been at the top of my vendor partnership list and its because they are quick to respond, communicate clearly and are just as eager to get the problem resolved as I am. Hands down the best team I have worked with in a very long time.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our HVAC technician was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, clearly explained the problem, even showed videos of the problem so we could see with our own eyes It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about doing the job right. The crew of five arrived on time and worked from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM, and their professionalism never wavered. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care of our home, communicated clearly throughout the installation, and worked efficiently as a team. It was obvious they took pride in doing the job right rather than just getting it done quickly. By the time they finished, everything was clean, organized, and working perfectly. It’s refreshing to see a company with technicians who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. A special thank you to Glen F and the entire installation team for making what could have been a stressful project such a smooth experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or a complete system replacement. Five stars without hesitation!

TL:DR they do amazing work! I have found our HVAC company. Customer service was spot on. Everyone was on time. They care about your residence. Nick S is a great guy. I love talking and learning as much as I can about everything and he went above and beyond. He gave great recommendations for us to think about that made complete sense that slipped by me. We will definitely continue doing business with them in the future. I recommend signing up for their comfort club btw. It’s worth it. 11/?/24: Had another seasonal maintenance done. Still great and Eli was amazing! 5/9/25: next seasonal maintenance complete. Evan G. got us serviced up and ready for summer time! Thank you! 11/17/25: winter PM completed! Omar does an amazing job. He took time to answer my questions and got us ready for winter. This company doesn’t make you feel like just another customer and rushing the work to make as much money as possible in a day. I’ve also tested this company multiple times by asking if I could do a full duct work and system replacement to overkill a smaller issue, and every time they say don’t. That’s a great sign to me. Someone could easily hop on that opportunity. They will give recommendations to better maintain your systems with proof of why it’s needed.(photos etc) The price is worth it especially since I’ve seen their quality work first hand. Also Luke did great as well. Omar was training him while completing his work. Thanks guys! 7/21/26 had an emergency call and got to meet Drew E. He got us up and running in no time. My wife and I had our A/C go out late Thursday. We called Air Repair Pros early morning Friday and Omar arrived on site within an hour. Shortly after his arrival our system was back up and running. Billy was great and Air Repair made sure they got out to our home the very day we had a condenser go out and repaired. Our out of town guests were comfy for there stay by 2:00 in the afternoon! This sense of urgency for their loyal clients is part of their membership program, which I strongly recommend.
