Update on July 30, 2026. Glen came today and replaced a large thing in the attic with a name that sounded like some sort of old Greek ruins, but I’m sure it was something else. Anyway, he and his crew were right on time, came and did the job quickly, and had us back up and running before long at all. This was part of the service from two days ago, they just had to schedule a different crew, so hence two reviews in two days. Still great job. And five stars. Update on July 28, 2026: well, I didn’t do the maintenance I was supposed to be doing so I required another visit, this time Drew took the call. Again, very professional. Checked everything out before making a diagnosis. Pricing again was very fair. Still FIVE stars. Christopher came out within about an hour of my call, took a look, knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem right away. He then proceeded to fix the issue and give me recommendations in regard to maintenance items in the upcoming months. Price was a little better than what I've paid in other, similar instances.

Air repair Pros are great! Miguel & Wilbur did a great job installing my new AC. Thru also did a great job cleaning afterwards.

Returning home from a trip, we found our air conditioning was not working. Air Repair Pros returned our call for help on Sunday evening; sent a diagnostic technician Monday morning; and the installation crew (Miguel and Wilbur) arrived by 8:30 Tuesday morning. Their work was efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. In three hours, the work was complete, all debris was cleaned up and in their truck, and our house was starting to cool down. Thank you for the great work.

My 2024 Trane AC unit was installed very shoddy…3x flood attic floor…2024 until now I had more than 6 AC cos out…all clueless, some way too high…and for a year a company which absolutely had no idea…finally “Air Repair Pros” of Frisco, Tx are 7Star and Beyond. With my first call with Olive, I felt comfortable and she assured me a senior tech would be scheduled and for the next day…And they Actually showed up!! Next, Omar the AC technician diagnosed the system and I felt so relieved because Omar is very knowledgeable about all things “AC” (and more)…Omar actually knew the AC system and what needed to be done. Omar scheduled for the following morning, in 3 hrs my upstairs is cooling due to the motorized dampers Omar installed. And No more “drainage issues,” Omar was very patient w/ all my inquiries and he is so Very, Very Professional and so very kind with all his answers. Omar knows the business very well. As for the office people Olive, Maggie & Chris are all so knowledgeable and very kind. Oh, and the cost was very reasonable as I had already priced out everything. I am soooooo relieved to find a company that has integrity, shows up and knows what the heck they are doing. UPDATE: July 2026 I had two Trane HVAC units put in, Miguel and Wilbur and the entire team were fantastic. No disruption to my home, 4 hours total to take out two16 ton units and put in two new ones. These guys are the greatest. Strongly recommend this organization, Air Repair Pros! Dec 2025 Andrew, Drew and Johnny we're great. When the heat came on for the first time this year we had some issues, Air Repairs Pro was the first team to be available. They came out did a professional job. It required some troubleshooting and a couple of trips to solve a cascading series of equipment issues. The team was professional, responsive and effective. They were available on the weekends even taking time to have a call to explain the options to get us up and running permanently. We greatly appreciate them. I would strongly recommend these guys. They're vibrant and well-trained. Good group of people, hopefully you never need to call them for repairs, I would recommend getting them up as your regular service provider.

Edit 9: Sal did a great, five star job. Saved me money, explained info on a thorough diagnostics check, and fixed a minor problem. Consistently excellent company, and their techs (with one exception in 5 years) are great. Edit 8: Eli helped my elderly mom, after identifying a blower that was heavily encrusted that needed to be cleaned. She said he was kind. I saw from the pictures his work was as expected. It’s so good to be able to trust consistent work, no matter the job or the service recommendation. Edit 7: Marcus G did such a good job explaining our system condition and fixing a few minor issues. Trustworthy, over time, consistent. Edit 6: Johnny came by for a follow up routine Mx replacement. Simply outstanding, as usual. Dependably excellent. Edit 5: Johnny came by with supervisor John. Together they did a super nice job explaining options on a system mod I’m considering and maintenance options on a few pieces that need attention. Both spent ample time, not rushed, explaining themselves in laymen’s terms. Love this company, and have learned to trust them. Edit 4: I broke a pin on my “smart” (and expensive) thermostat (operator error). Expensive to replace these high-feature gadgets. Nick came by next day, saved me a bunch of money on the device *and* got my device interface App working for the first time since we bought the house. Very cool! Edit 3: Nick did excellent work, not only easily identified and fixed the problem … I learned a few new things about my system. Very satisfied with this company and their techs are all great. Edit 2: Andrew did excellent work. Middle of summer issues, it’s nice to have your technician show up within 30 minutes of the call. Then gave me excellent work and value. Really glad I switched over to Air Repair. Peace of mind. Edit 1: Techs came by and did a nice job with the recommended “improvement”. I was not expecting to need this service, but “Dallas” did a nice job seeing the weakness in my system and explaining why it needed the upgrade. Then he came back to follow up and ensure I was satisfied. Still five stars. First time using this company. Really nice job listening, then troubleshooting a system that was inadequate with no obvious reason why, figuring it out, then explaining the reason to me in a way that makes sense. Successful fix and good advice on future improvements … no hard sells. The technician, Dallas, obviously knows his stuff. Great experience. Recommend.
